A very well organised and coordinated project at the Point A Hotel in Westminster, Central London saw the hotel receive a full refurbishment of 58 bedrooms with a full rewire of all the rooms and the reception.

It took our site team of 3 just 18 weeks to rewire each individual bedroom, link in to the VDA system and a new fuse board to each room as well as corridor works and reception.

The project was phased into 4 sections and we successfully handed over each section early including the reception, something we were very pleased to be associated with.

The rooms were very intricate in terms of the wiring systems, seeing all circuits wired through a VDA control unit fixed inside the rooms DB, fully controllable colour change LED lighting and a specialist lighting scheme for the reception.
